Adrienne leads the Design and Research Operations team within the LinkedIn Design organization. She is responsible for designing experiences for 250+ researcher, content designers, product designer, and communications designers to deliver quality and value at scale. Over the last 6+ years, she has grown the Operations team from 1 to 20 program managers and specialists who focus on team operations, strategic projects, and community and growth. Adrienne thrives on connecting people and ideas, organizational strategy, and getting all the things done – all with a side of fun and humor. In previous roles, Adrienne has worked in product management and email marketing.
