Adel leads the BCG UX team focused on employee experiences. Her team is responsible for ensuring that BCG’s 20k+ employees are able to stay at the top of their game when interacting with each other and customers. Since the team was established in late 2018 they ensure that user centricity is a strategic priority.

Adel is passionate about the future or work and making it as easy and possible to enable employee productivity and in turn value for BCG customers. She strongly believes that the future of work is remote and that is now even more important than ever.
