Amy Jiménez Márquez has been a design practitioner and leader for over 20 years. She is a Design Director at Compass and previously led the Amazon Alexa Personality Design team. She’s also the owner and publisher of Boxes and Arrows, and teaches a course in Information Architecture at the Seattle School of Visual Concepts.

Amy has led cross-disciplinary design teams including information architects, conversational designers, product designers, UX designers, UX researchers, and VUI designers.
