Nicole is a coach, program manager and experienced presenter with over ten years of experience working with candidates, clients, hiring managers and adult learners. Nicole has devoted her career to the learning and development space, while creating operational efficiencies along the way.

Nicole currently works as an Education Designer for IBM where she produces education programs for designers at various points in their career journeys.
