Elena is a Sr. UX Designer at Ad Hoc LLC, working on a government contract with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Prior to joining Ad Hoc she worked within ExxonMobil’s Corporate IT team and for NASA’s Flight Operations Directorate. She also received her Master’s in Human Computer Interaction.

Elena is a huge data nerd who’s passionate about learning the intricacies of people and their behavior to improve their lives through meaningful technology and design. When not on the job, you’ll probably find Elena running, rock climbing, or traveling with her husband and dogs, Nemo and Baxter.
