Sylvie is a Civic Design Researcher in The Lab @ DC where she is working to make DC a safer, healthier, and happier place to live, work, and play, and an Independent Consultant specializing in Design Research and Innovation Education. She has previously worked at Onboard Health, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and North Suffolk Mental Health Association. She is passionate about using systems thinking, public health, and service-oriented creativity to improve quality of life and wellbeing for people and populations. Sylvie holds a BS in Cognitive Science a Master of Public Health.
