Nathan designs and facilitates collaborative processes which unearth the innate collective intelligence of diverse groups and helps them work together in complex, changing terrain across difference, disagreement and conflict.
Over the last decade, Nathan has worked with organizations like UNICEF, the Open Society Foundations, Reos Partners, the United Way and the Chicago Community Trust. Nathan holds an interdisciplinary Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany.
When he’s not surrounded by post-it notes and system maps, Nathan can be found climbing mountains and practicing Chen style tai chi chuan.
