Majid is an expert on making structural improvements to the designs of systems and services, to strengthen strategic cores, increase responsiveness and resilience and reduce operational stress. He advises clients in industry and government and is known to bring new thinking when most needed. He is a published author who has also taught at the Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School of Public Policy and Management. Prior to consulting, Majid cut his teeth in sales and product management.
