Gina Mendolia is a service and experience design leader with a decade of experience shaping how people interact with systems, services, and one another. Currently at Adobe, she leads initiatives that make experimentation, connection, and creativity part of the everyday employee experience. Her background spans civic tech, biotech, and nonprofits—places where complexity and care collide. Gina is known for designing programs and infrastructure that help organizations learn from the edges and scale what works. She’s especially interested in how service design can be a quiet force for change in environments that don’t always have time for “design.”
