Trisha Terhar is a Senior Researcher on the Market Strategy team at UserTesting. Her role involves analyzing customer use cases, researching new customer segments and sharing insights across the company. She has an MBA from the University of New Mexico and a BA in Sociology from Pacific University. Prior to UserTesting, Trisha was the Director of Research & Market Intelligence at a tourism organization and spent several years working with entrepreneurs and investors at a startup accelerator. Her background also includes consulting work with the U.S. Air Force to inform the design of their Hyperspace Challenge programs.
She lives with her partner and son in Albuquerque, NM.
