He helps organizations build useful software. He also has a PhD in Machine Learning and loves UX measurement!

He is a software engineer turned UXer who specializes in product discovery and UX measurement. He conducts and excels in both qualitative and quantitative user research, team coaching, requirements elicitation, and the integration of UX design into Scrum and agile software production and product management.
