Amanda is a manager in ZS’s digital and connected health venture space on a mission to uncover remarkably different and meaningful insights that achieve better health and wellbeing for people through product design. At ZS, she is responsible for driving UX research team goals, activities and projects from discovery to delivery. With over 20 years of experience, Amanda is an expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods, design thinking for problem solving, and transforming data into stories. Amanda has a proven track record of delivering systems of insight tools via insight pocket guides, audience and persona profiles, eLearning training classes, journey maps, videos, infographics and insight chat bots.
Amanda’s career has spanned both corporate- and agency-side businesses working in partnership with product development and design teams to flexibly adapt research to scale globally in sprints and tests. Prior to joining ZS, Amanda was a Senior Director of UX Innovation with Ipsos. Amanda received a master’s degree from IIT’s Institute of Design, and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and graphic design from Indiana University-Bloomington.
