Aditi is a South Asian femme, daughter of immigrants, and resident of unceded Ohlone lands, currently working as a senior design researcher at Code for America working to reduce the scope of the criminal legal system. Their practice shifts power to those marginalized by the system by centering those most directly impacted in product, policy, and service decisions. Healing-centered and trauma-informed, Aditi takes a holistic approach to their work to shift systems so that they care for all.
