Stephanie Haley is currently a Senior UX Researcher at Bosch North America. Prior to joining Bosch, she worked as a UX Research Lead at the University of Michigan’s Center for Academic Innovation. In that role she led learner/student experience research across the Center’s portfolio – including online learning experiences on Coursera as well as discovery and usability research for their educational software tools. Before that role, she was a human-centered design facilitator at Ford Motor Company. She holds an MSI in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan, and a MA in Critical Studies from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. She is passionate about research that supports inclusive and equitable experiences, in industries ranging from education to mobility. She loves travel, reading (especially fantasy, sci-fi, and mysteries), media studies, and spending time with her family.
