Rosenfeld Media: Why are you sponsoring this year’s Advancing Research?

Jeff Bander:

Even though our company is originally based in Germany, we have also been doing a lot of UX research for US clients, in the US, and in other countries over the last few years. That is why we want to use this opportunity to connect with other UX professionals – and potential new clients in the US.

Rosenfeld Media: What excites you about research and/or research operations?

Jeff Bander:

UX research is our passion! Our company’s claim is ‘See the experience’ and our goal is always to bring our clients closer to their users’ actual experience and this moment of truth when they actually use a product – no matter if it is with qualitative UX tests or unmoderated approaches.

And of course, we love to help in making products better and easier to use!

Jeff Bander:

We have more than 20 years of experience in helping our clients from all different industries to understand and improve their users’ experience. We are always up to finding the best and most efficient method to gain the insights needed to make their users happy and their business more successful.

Rosenfeld Media: What else should our community know about you?

Jeff Bander:

eye square has been doing UX research for over 20 years. UX has been a key research field ever since and is part of our DNA. As early adopters, we started with classic usability research and implemented implicit methods like eye-tracking from the very beginning. Today, we offer a wide variety of research approaches – from in-depth interviews over ethnographical or home use studies up to unmoderated online studies with large samples in different countries.
