Rachel’s passion is to grow her team into high performing UX practitioners while helping her cross-functional partners align to a customer-backed vision and strategy. She holds a BS and MS in Technical Communication from Mercer University. Rachel is located in Atlanta, GA loves soccer, running, and spending time with her family.
