Everything you need to know before registering for Designing with AI

The conference will take place on June 10-11.

Group Discounts

Groups of 3 or more receive 25% off when registering as part of the same order (not to be combined with any other discounts). Enter code GROUP during registration to take advantage of this discount. For larger groups of 10 or more please contact us for assistance at conferences@rosenfeldmedia.com.

Discounts for Government, Non-Profits, and Education Employees

If you work in government, education, or for a not-for-profit organization, you can take advantage of our Gov/NP/Edu discount. Confirmation of your status as a government/non-profit/education employee is required; register using a .gov, .org, or .edu email address, and/or email us a scanned letter confirming your work status, on your employer’s letterhead, within two weeks of your registration.

Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal (we’ll need your credit card’s correct billing address to process the charge). We also can bill via invoice, but full payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Transfers, Refunds, and Cancellations

Registrations are transferable until 48 hours before the first day of the conference; email us ASAP to let us know who will be taking your place.
