I’m Claire, Senior Design Ops Manager at the Design team and my role is to support and accelerate the way the Design team works and delivers across processes, tools, and of course collaboration. And I’m in charge of the AI Acceleration Plan in the Design team (which is the object of this case study). Before that, I’ve been working in UX for over 12 years, mainly in complex business environments and with teams at different levels of design maturity. I spent more than 10 years in agencies and consulting firms, working as a consultant to help companies improve their design processes and collaboration.
I’ve extensively practiced User Research, especially Qualtative research. This led me to develop a strong interest in Research Ops topics, especially in gathering quality insights, making sure research truly impacts design, and improving knowledge sharing.
