Ben Blumenfeld is the managing partner of Designer Fund where he invests in startups that value design including Stripe, Notion, Linear, Gusto, Omada Health, and Framer.

Before founding Designer Fund, Ben was a design lead and design manager at Facebook. During his more than 5 years there, Ben helped build products for nearly a billion people including Facebook Platform and Facebook Timeline. He also helped grow Facebook’s world-class design team, bringing on leading visual designers, filmmakers, and brand storytellers to work on marketing and communication initiatives.

Before Facebook, Ben was the design director at Varien, where he helped build Magento, one of the world’s leading e-commerce products later sold to eBay/Paypal. Prior to Varien/Magento Ben was a designer at CBS where he built web properties for top prime-time tv shows.
