I’m a product insights leader specialized in the adoption of AI. I’ve worked with Spotify, Mozilla, Honda, Telus, Dell, The Weather Network, La Liga Football, Government of Canada, and many more across almost every industry. My mission is to make my clients more innovative by delivering strategic insights about how to improve products and how to take advantage of market opportunities.

I built an agile and lean research team at PH1 Research that has been highly-recognized for leveraging innovative qualitative and quantitative methodologies to deliver business and experience strategies. We deliver Big 4 consulting-level product research, while staying grounded in our core principles of evangelizing research from within and adapting to the preferred cultures/methods of clients. Previous to PH1, I worked in advertising agencies for a decade as an account director and leading strategic services.

My passion is elevating the capabilities of others, especially how to best adopt emerging technologies. That’s why I co-founded the Design of AI podcast and am building an ecosystem of resources to support product teams. Previously I led customer experience and marketing communities as ways of improving education and adoption of strategies and tools, like design thinking and service design.
