How to access the Designing with AI 2026 conference

June 8, 2026

Welcome to #DwAI2026! If you’re a ticket holder, you might be wondering how to access this virtual event. We’ve sent you an email containing everything you need to know, but here’s a refresher on the basics!

How to watch the conference

Accessing the livestream

The program begins on June 9 at 8:00am PT (Pacific Time), which is our official time zone. You can also set the program to your own time zone (use the pull-down menu in the upper right corner of the program page).

Log in to the Designing with AI site (when you purchased a ticket, you were prompted to create an account). The main conference program will take place via an embedded livestream on the homepage.

Prior to the conference start time, you should see a welcome video on the homepage. Once the conference starts, you’ll see the livestream there instead. Need help? Let us know.

Have you attended a Rosenfeld Media conference before? Log in using the same account credentials you’ve used in the past.

Accessing our free sponsor sessions

Our sponsor-led sessions, designated by sponsor logos next to each session, will take place in Zoom Events during breaks. You’ll need to register for these sessions separately. You can do so here.

P.S. These sessions aren’t gated—feel free to share with your favorite colleagues who may not have snagged an #DwAI2026 ticket!

How to connect with speakers and conference attendees

Join us in Slack

We’ll discuss conference sessions and pretty much everything else in the Rosenfeld Media Slack’s Designing with AI 2026 channel. Plus, this is the place where you can ask our speakers questions they’ll answer during the conference! Please make sure you can access our Slack workspace via the link we’ve sent to your email. You can also get fast help from the Rosenfeld team in our customer service channel!

Network with your peers

Our attendee cohorts are full, but spots may open up tomorrow morning, so feel free to join the waitlist. (Cohorts are first-come, first-served, and we don’t charge for them). Check your email for a link to join!

If you have been added to a cohort, please check for a confirmation email from [email protected].
