Lauren brings nearly 20 years’ experience in the creative and tech industries to leading ResearchOps, enabling 80+ UX researchers and designers to conduct research for Elsevier’s healthcare products. Before focusing on ResearchOps, she spent seven years as a UX researcher and architect. A polymath at heart, Lauren began her UX career after earning a film degree, working in content operations, and dabbling in front-end development. Across roles, she’s maintained a focus on people-centered process, information architecture, and—most recently—how work happens. Lauren lives in Philadelphia with her partner and their cat, and is always up for a conversation about metadata, crafting, or Star Trek.
