Vicky Teinaki started working in user experience in 2009, and has been doing so with product since 2015. She’s currently User Experience Lead at the UK’s Student Loans Company. Before this she led design work at the Government Digital Service (GDS) on the mission “one login for government”. She has also worked on services for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC). <\/p>\n
Vicky is also active in sharing best practice. In the public sector, she has been a GOV.UK Service Standard design assessor since 2017. More generally, she helps run both the Mega Mentor design mentoring site, and the Newcastle upon Tyne chapter of Northern User Experience (NUX).
