Prior to Salesforce, she worked at other large enterprise organizations and has experienced first-hand the very real challenges and opportunities they face. Along with a background in technology, she combines business perspective and research techniques to help enhance and innovate on long-established products, as well as bring to market entirely new concepts. She particularly enjoys helping organizations embrace, clarify, and humanize complexity\u2026 the messy problems are always the most interesting!
