His clients are leaders in telecommunications, banking, media, energy and eCommerce. He is the author of two books: The classic Interviewing Users: How To Uncover Compelling Insights<\/em> and new, Doorbells, Danger, and Dead Batteries: User Research War Stories<\/em>.
