It&#8217;s our first book focused on a specific industry\u2014healthcare, of course. It&#8217;s also something of a service design book and a design strategy book to boot.<\/p>\n<p>It takes a visionary like <a href=\"http:\/\/rosenfeldmedia.com\/experts\/peter-jones\/\"><strong>Peter Jones<\/strong><\/a>, on the faculty at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ocadu.ca\/\">OCAD<\/a>, to thread such a needle. The result is a book with depth that we hope will serve as a model for other &#8220;vertical&#8221; books.
