\nAI transformation isn\u2019t a technical challenge, it\u2019s a service design challenge. In this interactive workshop, NASA Digital Service alum Erika Flowers shows how service designers can lead their organizations through AI readiness: the process of aligning people, processes, and systems before technology enters the scene. You\u2019ll learn how to coordinate across silos, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and navigate the politics and partnerships that shape adoption. Drawing from Erika\u2019s AI-Readiness in a Box framework, participants will leave with a practical toolkit, facilitation materials, and the confidence to position service design as the engine of organizational AI transformation.<\/p>\n
