Meghan Hellstern takes complex challenges and turns them into radical ideas and practical solutions grounded in peoples’ needs. Drawing upon a tool belt of innovation approaches, facilitation tactics and human-centred design methods, she leads teams to expand their notions of what is possible. She has worked with organizations like various parts of the Government of Canada, the Brookfield Institute for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, Code for Canada, MaRS Solutions Lab, and the City of Toronto to create meaningful and long-lasting change over the last 13 years. In her spare time, she can be found organizing growth retreats for her community and friends, sharpening her mindfulness practice, and DJing in The Junction area of Toronto where she lives.
