Formally educated in commercial photography, Jaimi’s passion for experience followed a series of neatly-connected dots to define her career in user and customer experience. In her 20 years of experience as a designer and product strategist, she has served as Creative Director, Director of Product, and as a Product and Design consultant for several technology startups.

Jaimi is currently the Head of Customer Experience for Real Estate at AppFolio, where she leads a team of designers and researchers passionate about making every customer interaction an awesome one. AppFolio’s CX team strives for consistency and continuity across devices within the product, and at every touchpoint across the entire customer journey from sales to product on-boarding to support and loyalty.
