For nearly two decades Craig has been designing products and leading teams at enterprise and consumer companies like Salesforce, eBay and Monster. As Salesforce’s Chief Design Architect, he led the the recent re-design of their core products, introduced the Salesforce Design Principles and led the Lightning Design System initiative to deliver resilient, high quality design at scale.

He currently leads Product Experience at AppDynamics where he and his team are focused on crafting powerful, insightful and approachable enterprise experiences.
