When Kit joined Smartsheet as a UX Team of One, it was a small, private company with around 100 employees. She has since grown her team to nearly 40 UX researchers, designers, and writers, and today Smartsheet is a public company and a leader in the Collaborative Work Management Tools for the Enterprise. Kit is a serial \u201crapid growth manager\u201d who has made a career of building in-house UX teams from the ground up \u2013 notably establishing the UX practice at the IRS, and cultivating teams at 3Pillar Global, Bloomberg Government, and Congressional Quarterly.
