Senior Customer Experience Specialist

Heidi Maghran calls herself a customer advocate, and proudly works in Customer Success at Intuit as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist.  She actively gathers feedback from any source she can find and believes the best insight you can receive is from people who don’t like your product.  She loves talking to customers and is the “Voice of the Customer” during Engineering meetings or XD reviews.

Prior to Intuit, she worked at IBM in planning, management and in the beta early ship program., and worked with her husband in their computer network business.

Heidi received her M.B.A. from Arizona State University, lives in Tucson, and enjoys the beach in Mexico with her family and 2 crazy dogs.
