Group Discounts

Groups of 3 or more receive 10% off when registering as part of the same order (not to be combined with any other discounts). Enter code GROUP during registration to take advantage of this discount.

Discounts for Government, Non-Profits, and Education Employees

We offer discounted rates to people who work at government and not-for-profit entities, and at schools and institutions of higher education. These rates won’t go up, but can’t be combined with other discounts.

* Confirmation of your status as an government/non-profit/education employee is required; register using a .gov, .org, or .edu email address, and/or email us a scanned letter confirming your work status, on your employer’s letterhead, within two weeks of your registration.

Transfers, Refunds, and Cancellations

Registrations are transferable; email us ASAP to let us know who will be taking your place.


Our scholarship selection process has wrapped up. We are pleased to offer three scholarships to people who can’t afford to purchase a ticket to the Enterprise Experience conference.

Payment Information

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal (we’ll need your credit card’s correct billing address to process the charge). We also can bill via invoice, but full payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.

Terms of Service

Speaker or Workshop Leader Cancellations

We do our best to deliver a relevant and meaningful conference experience. Should an advertised speaker or workshop leader be unable to attend due to illness or other factor beyond the control of RM, we reserve the right to make the best possible substitution that meets our standards. Should a last minute issue arise where RM cancels a program, our liability shall be limited to the refund on a prorata basis of the amount paid for that program segment.

Amenities and Activities

Breakfast, two snacks and lunch are included in your registration for each conference day and workshop.  Gluten free, vegan, kosher and vegetarian options are included.
We try to make social time enjoyable. If you arrive early on Sunday, join us for drinks at the Palace Hotel at 5:00pm in the Ralston room.
After happy hour, speakers and sponsors are invited to mingle and enjoy an intimate sit-down dinner at one of San Francisco’s wonderful Chinese restaurants, which offer elevated cuisine.
The Opening Reception on Monday, June 3, sponsored by Salesforce, takes place at the Minna Gallery from 6:00pm to 9:00pm—you’ll enjoy art, food, drinks and fun.  Join in the very popular Battle Decks in the last hour of the evening.
The Closing Reception on Tuesday, June 4, hosted and sponsored by Google, takes place at their offices from 6:00pm-8:00, 345 Spear Street—you’ll enjoy food, drinks and fun.
