Tapping into a design operations\u2019 mindset and his extensive experience managing and building teams, Isaac balances the many perspectives and inputs needed to make strategic business decisions, anticipate team needs, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work and deliver amazing products.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Isaac loves spending time with family, coaching his sons\u2019 sports teams, and taking on DIY projects around the house.
