In Person Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I bought an in-person ticket but now I can\u2019t attend. What are my options?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We hope you\u2019ll consider attending virtually. Please refer to our refund policy<\/a> for details on converting your ticket or getting a refund.<\/p>\n

What is your policy on vaccination and masks?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our conference venue requires proof of vaccination prior to entry for all attendees, which may require utilizing an app as specified by the venue. Everyone will be required to wear a mask inside the venue unless you are actively eating or drinking. This policy is subject to change as per the venue\u2019s requirements, as well as those of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control).<\/p>\n

What if there is a surge in Covid-19, will the conference be postponed?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We will follow CDC and San Francisco guidance regarding postponement due to Covid 19.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the in-person conference\u2019s status, the virtual conference will continue as planned. Should the in-person conference be postponed, you will have a credit that you can use to attend the virtual conference, a future conference, or workshop.\u00a0 Credits will be in force for 36 months.<\/p>\n

Should I purchase travel insurance?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We highly recommend that you purchase “cancel for any reason” travel insurance; it will provide you with the maximum of flexibility and protection.\u00a0 Check with your insurance broker or try https:\/\/www.insuremytrip.com\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Will you offer accommodations for people with disabilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Closed captioning will be available at the live event and will be projected onstage. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. If you need any additional accommodations, please contact customer service<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Will you have options for people with dietary restrictions?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our menu offers gluten free and vegan options. If you have any other special diet requests such as Kosher, please contact customer service<\/a> at least one week prior to the event.<\/p>\n
