Prior, she started and grew Pinterest\u2019s internationally renowned DesignOps team. However, after many years of working in design organizations at places like IDEO, Hot Studio, Facebook and Pinterest, Meredith started thinking about what\u2019s next and started reconsidering her life trajectory. She left Silicon Valley and moved to Carmel Valley where she sees more cows than cars on a daily basis.
