Susan holds a Ph.D. from NYU, Stern School of Business, as well as a BS and an MBA from Lehigh University. She is a co-founder of the NYC Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, has recorded a TEDx talk, has been a contributor to Inc. magazine, and was named one of Fast Company\u2019s 100 Most Creative People in Business for her application of hospitality principles across industries.
