Somewhere along the way has realized that the old question of whether designers should code is wrong. The question should be: how can designers work better with developers?<\/p>\n<p>As a late-deafened queer cisgender man, Christopher is an advocate for inclusive design and has spoken at international conferences on how to shift our focus on accessibility to a user problem to be solved, not just a standard to be met. Christopher revels in design operations and what makes high-functioning teams function highly.
