He started his career in printing, with projects mixing different mediums and\/or technologies, which eventually led him to product design.<\/p>\n<p>After freelancing and consulting for tech companies, film festivals and universities, Jef joined Canadian National Railway as UI Lead for its modernization program.<\/p>\n<p>A year and a half ago, Jef made the jump from IC to UX-UI Manager. His work now includes design ops, tools and ways to optimize the UX practice at CN.
