Craig lives in Southampton, England with his wife and two children. Craig has been in in ResearchOps for 6 years, working with British company Lloyds Banking Group. During this time he has crafted many exciting changes including the installation of several Research facilities, brought in new research and design tools for the group, dealt with numerous business organisational changes and worked extremely hard to continue to scale and enable Design/user research for everyone. He recently joined MURAL and is extremely excited to mature and scale research within this exciting and innovative company.
