I came to ExxonMobil through a circuitous path. I studied Decision Sciences &#038; Design at Carnegie Mellon, at a time when User Experience wasn\u2019t a major. So naturally I became a Researcher Reporter at ESPN. I left there to get an MBA and then went to Rice University to rebrand its Athletics department. Out of the sports industry and into ExxonMobil, I\u2019ve finally combined my passions into something I&#8217;ve come to call DesignOps.
