— Welcome to Day 2 of DesignOps 2020.
— It has ben an incredible start and we are honored to be able to participate in discussion and thank Vincent for being part of the dialogue
  • There is a good dialogue in the Slack channel, and people are sharing knowledge and references
— Resilient DesignOps teams are guided from most atomic level to be DesignOps team of one
— What about the Resilient DesignOps Team though?
  • What did you learn in primary school? Team work makes the dream work
— All speakers in today’s sessions are leaders in Design Operations
— Their talks will focus being generous and supporting their own health, their health of their teams, and the health of their organization
— Two main areas of focus:
  • Constant change
  • Team health
— To begin, anchor your perspectives around a series of questions.
— Reflect on each, and think of your own questions to ask. In the meantime, the questions will be posted to the #do-general channel.
— Use as provocation and guide:
  1. How team may keep resilience across constant change?
  2. How will you know how it’s going?
  3. What metrics will you use to measure health of teams, practice, and org?
  4. Tactics employee to show work is sustainable and successful through constant change?
  5. What lesson have we learned? How can we leverage learn gins?
  6. How do we define success?
  7. How can work have meaning purpose?
  8. How to keep teams focused and motivated?
  9. How has sense of sustainability changed for this year?
