Alëna Iouguina is an industrial designer, currently growing a Systems Research team at Shopify and writing a book that’s all about systems-focused RnD. Some of her work includes research and design in the domains of entrepreneurship, digital and ecologically sustainable manufacturing, hardware-software integrations, and more generally any problem spaces that require integration of multiple systems across many levels to address human needs.
