The Call for Proposals (CFP) for the DesignOps Summit 2025 is now open!
The ninth DesignOps Summit is coming up (September 10-11, virtual), and there may be a place for you on the program!
We’re looking for case studies and other great stories or demonstrations of Design Operations in action. The best proposals will cover models, skills, practices, and experiences that have elevated and amplified operational excellence in design, as well as how DesignOps intersects with and influences other operational domains such as product management, engineering, research, marketing, compliance, and customer experience.
Meet our Conference Curator: Frances Yllana
Frances Yllana is a branding, experience and community strategist, designer, teacher, speaker and consultant for businesses and non-profits. Since 2001, she has practiced and led a comprehensive range of projects, teams and organizations across brand identity, art direction, social campaigns, video, animation, UX design and research, employee experience, design management, and design operations.
Frances is the first DesignOps lead at Coforma. She is also a former AIGA National Board member and host of AIGA’s DesignOps Ed webinar series, and she’s led multiple Learning Labs cohorts for DesignOps Assembly.
Meet our Conference Curator, Jon Fukuda
Jon is co-founder of Limina.co with 20+ years as a User Experience Specialist with a focus on UX Strategy, Design Thinking, and UI Design with experience leading human-centered requirements, strategy, interaction design, testing, and evaluation. Most recently, Jon has dedicated his efforts to Research & Design Operations facilitation for scalable/sustainable human-centered systems.
Meet our Conference Curator, Bria Alexander
Bria Alexander is a Senior Design Program Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) consultant, and an International Speaker, Facilitator, and Interviewer. She currently supports Unified Experience and Brand Experience Programs within Adobe’s Design organization, where she also leads the San Jose site of the Black Employee network and the Creative Cloud Product Representation and Equality team.
With over 10 years of facilitation and hosting experience, Bria has served as the curator and emcee for Adobe’s Design Summit, and for Rosenfeld Media’s Design Operations Conference. She has also served as host for all Rosenfeld Media conferences for the past 2 years including the Advancing Research Conference, Design at Scale Conference, Design Operations Conference and Civic Design Conference.
