Before joining the boldstart team in January 2021, she was the CEO &amp; co-founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/darklang.com\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dark<\/a>, a programming language\u00a0coupled to its editor and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her roles as an investor and founder, she worked in a variety of early stage product roles across industries. She was VP of Product at Lola working on AI and chat enabled tooling to book travel. She also led backer-facing product efforts on Kickstarter and contributed to\u00a0on the first versions of cross-platform Office Mobile at Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>Ellen has an a M.B.A from Harvard Business School, and a B.S in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering.
