Rosenfeld Media is dedicated to providing a harassment-free in-person or virtual conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. Rosenfeld Media does not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form\u2014whether the event is held virtually, in-person, or both. Wherever\u00a0 interactions take place, including in channels associated with our conference (e.g., Slack, Zoom, or virtual networking events) are subject to these policies.<\/p>\n
Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.<\/p>\n
Harassment includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n
Enforcement<\/strong><\/p>\n Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.<\/p>\n If a participant engages in harassing behavior, Rosenfeld Media retains the right to take actions to keep the event a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.<\/p>\n Rosenfeld Media may take action to redress anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, disrupting the event or making the environment hostile for any participants. Participants are expected to follow these rules during the event and during event-related virtual social activities that might take place before, during, and after the main conference program.<\/p>\n Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our event for everyone. We want you to be happy at our event. People like you make our event a better place. You can make a report either personally or anonymously.<\/p>\n As human beings, we all have a role to play in keeping our communities safe. If you think you see a potential situation, don\u2019t fall prey to the bystander effect. Please get involved and err toward being more helpful than might ultimately be necessary.
