As a designer, she\u2019s held roles at large corporations to startups. Through community work as a founding organizer for CreativeMornings: Seattle, a volunteer mentor for Hexagon UX and ADPList, she discovered that her passion wasn\u2019t for making things, but making great designers instead. She joined School of Visual Concepts as an instructor, coach, and recruiter for the school\u2019s public and design apprenticeship programs. Luz has recently launched a new business, Golden Repair, in which she provides workshop facilitation, culture design, and arts-based soul care.
