Giovanna is a product designer and strategist. She’s part of the Design Discipline team at BBVA, she works with the largest team of designers in Latin America to improve the experience of financial services through a collaborative, user-centered design process. Giovanna’s goal is to build innovative, accesible and intuitive products and services by employing design principles that have both a positive impact on people’s lives and are valuable on business. Giovanna has worked in organizations in the financial, education, and mining sectors in Mexico, and USA. She holds a specialization in interaction design and 3d modelling from Universidad La Salle (MX).
