When relevant metrics are used to inform and support design decisions, the results can be both strategic and persuasive.

    What you’ll learn

    Participants will learn the components of a successful metric: how to identify clear, specific, actionable, quantitative, and time-based product metrics. The team will identify the key uses of their product, find the best metrics to measure specific user interactions, outline a plan for instrumenting key interfaces and gain the knowledge needed to track these metrics over time.
