Sweta is a Civic Design Researcher with The Lab @ DC. To this role, she brings experience in applying design thinking, facilitation, behavioral science, and marketing & business strategy to help make government services more accessible for DC residents. She has worked on projects focusing on gun violence, housing, child care education, and public transit.<\/p>\n
Before The Lab @ DC, Sweta was a Senior Strategist at Blue State, where she led research projects for non-profits, political advocacy organizations, and brands to understand audience needs and motivations, and crafted engagement strategies to reach organizational objectives. Sweta was also a management consultant for Deloitte\u2019s global & public sector, where she supported federal government agencies in addressing major business challenges relating to process improvement, organizational design, and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
Sweta earned a Master of Science in International Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics & Political Science, and a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies from Emory University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
